The Book & Author Dinner would not be possible without the involvement of our generous sponsors.

The cost of corporate tables includes 8 tickets per table, invitations for each of your guests to the VIP Cocktail Party with the authors before dinner, dinner with wine,  a book sale and autographing reception after dinner, and advertising in newsletters, on our website, Facebook, and Twitter pages, as well as throughout the evening.

Cocktail Party Sponsor:  $7,500

This wonderful opportunity includes three (3) tables of 8 each, invitations for each of your guests to the VIP Cocktail Party with the authors prior to dinner, dinner with wine, a book sale and autographing reception, and recognition as a sponsor in pre-event press coverage and advertising.  We will feature your logo in advertising for the event and on the invitation (if you commit early enough), feature your logo on the program, website, Face Book, and Twitter pages, and display pictures, graphics, or logos you wish displayed on the screens in the ballroom throughout the dinner.  In addition, you are welcome to display marketing materials at the VIP cocktail party – napkins, brochures, posters, etc. This event is open to the public and our mailing reaches thousands of people in the Roanoke Valley in addition to the physician population.

Author Sponsor:  $6,000

Mingling with the authors is the best!! The Author Sponsorship includes three (3) tables of 8 each, invitations for each of your guests to the VIP Cocktail Party with the authors prior to dinner, dinner with wine, a book sale and autographing reception, and recognition as a sponsor in pre-event press coverage and advertising.  We will feature your logo in advertising for the event and on the invitation (if you commit early enough), feature your logo on the program, include you on our website, Face Book, and Twitter pages, and display pictures, graphics, or logos you wish displayed on the screens in the ballroom throughout the dinner.  In addition, you are welcome to display marketing materials in the book sales and autographing area of the foyer and on the signing desks – brochures, posters, be creative! This event is open to the public and our mailing reaches thousands of people in the Roanoke Valley in addition to the physician population.

Mill Mountain Stars: $5,000

Three (3) corporate tables seating 8 each, invitations for each of your guests to the VIP Cocktail Party with the authors prior to dinner, dinner with wine, a book sale and autographing reception, and recognition as a sponsor in pre-event press coverage and advertising.  We will feature your logo in advertising for the event and on the invitation (if you commit early enough), feature your logo on the program, include you on our website, Face Book, and Twitter pages, and display pictures, graphics, or logos you wish displayed on the screens in the ballroom throughout the dinner.

Blue Ridge Circle: $3,200

Two (2) corporate tables seating 8 each, invitations for each of your guests to the VIP Cocktail Party with the authors prior to dinner, dinner with wine, a book sale and autographing reception, and recognition in the program and throughout the evening

Valley Benefactors: $1,600

One (1) corporate table seating 8 each, invitations for each of your guests to the VIP Cocktail Party with the authors prior to dinner, dinner with wine, a book sale and autographing reception, and recognition in the program and throughout the evening
